If you start with hot steam and remove heat, the curve will be similar to a heating curve, but backwards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First the steam cools, then condenses to water at 100oC, then the water cools to 0oC, then the water freezes, and finally the ice cools.
